A rosé with character, pleasant yet assertive. On the nose, it is broad and fresh with notes of very young Barbera: red berries, wildflowers, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it has a beautiful acidic backbone, which we can consider the true structure of the wine. The salty finish reminds us of the importance of the Piedmontese terroir.
